Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS1.Experience in Workstation and Hardware Tier 2 support (PC Hardware and software Support/Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/Citrix IGELS/Servers Support/Network Support/Workstation Patching)
- Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations
- Access management
- Escalate issue to appropriate teams if required and follow up for closure
