Company Overview: We're a well-established industrial distributor committed to excellence in products and service. Now, we're seeking a Director-Industrial Sales to lead our team in Southern Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Southern Wisconsin industrial market.
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 sales professionals, with plans to expand.
- Create marketing programs to boost product visibility and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally in distribution.
- Proven sales leadership and go-to-market expertise.
- Knowledge of process control products desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel within the territory.
