Position Overview
V3 Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Pipeline Success Team, ensuring the smooth progression of solar projects from contract to installation. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong understanding of solar project milestones to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview
V3 Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Pipeline Success Team, ensuring the smooth progression of solar projects from contract to installation. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong understanding of solar project milestones to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Track & manage solar projects through all key milestones, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, permitting, installation) to resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays.
- Communicate with customers regarding project status, documentation, and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with utility and jurisdictional requirements.
- Update and maintain records in internal systems for accurate reporting.
- Familiarity with solar project milestones (e.g., permitting, interconnection, PTO).
- Experience in project coordination or administrative roles (solar industry preferred).
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with both customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in tracking & updating project data in CRM or project management tools.
