Key Responsibilities
- Review and update assigned service issues daily.
- Perform maintenance tasks promptly, accurately, and according to work orders.
- Bring all necessary tools and equipment to job sites to complete assignments effectively.
- Report progress on work orders through rmAppSuite Pro.
- Work independently or collaboratively with team members on assigned tasks.
- Communicate needs for parts, equipment, or additional information to teammates.
- Adhere to DDPM safety procedures, systems, and dress code guidelines.
- Participate in team and company meetings.
- Minimum 2 years of residential maintenance experience performing basic maintenance tasks, including changing toilets, fixing faucet leaks, and replacing light bulbs etc.
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and digging.
- Must own and maintain basica hand tools, smartphone and a reliable work truck or van with valid insurance.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in smartphone usage and apps for managing work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Professional communication skills with tenants and teammates.
- Positive attitude with flexibility in handling various tasks.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Capable of completing jobs accurately under minimal supervision.

- St. Petersburg, FL, with travel to various properties as needed.
