Job Overview

The Liner Specialists Inc is looking for hardworking and motivated Field Technicians / Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the installation of pool liners, safety covers, and all vinyl-related renovations for residential and commercial pools. You'll also support pool crew chiefs with various tasks, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Physical labor, construction experience, and the ability to work outdoors daily are essential. If you have knowledge of pool systems, that's a plus-but we're willing to train the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Install pool liners and safety covers with precision and attention to detail
• Assist with all vinyl-related pool renovations and related equipment installations
• Support pool crew chiefs in daily operations
• Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and material handling
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions on a daily basis
• Follow all company and industry safety guidelines
• Maintain and transport tools, equipment, and materials as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards on-site
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or field preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• General construction knowledge and experience with physical labor
• Ability to work outdoors daily in all weather conditions
• Basic understanding of pool systems is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
• CST, CMS, CPO, CPB certifications are a plus but not required

Work Schedule

🕒 Full-Time - Monday to Friday (Some weekends may be required)
