Production Manager

The Production Manager will oversee the entire home production process for all assigned business unit communities at multiple locations. Support the Vice President of Construction, or equivalent, in all home production operations. Assist in the development of contract, start and delivery projections. Review preliminary site/building plans for accuracy and scope of detail. Supervise and schedule on-site and off-site land development improvements. Overall responsibility for community delivery schedule. Participate in the Variance Purchase Order approval process. Overall responsibility to interface with municipal officials, inspectors and regulatory agencies to ensure a professional relationship resulting in the successful completion of the project without delays and additional costs. Ensure a timely transition of each home from production to the Homeowner Service Department.

A bachelor's degree with a background in landscape architecture, civil engineering, planning or construction management preferred. At least 5 years of construction management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
