- Experience working with your hands in any field (no prior jewelry experience? No problem, we’ll train you!)
- Ability to sit at a jeweler’s bench and stand at a polishing station (because precision takes time)
- A sharp eye for detail and assembly skills that would make any puzzle jealous
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of polishing, sizing, and repair
- Light or moderate experience with stone setting? Bonus points!
- A can-do attitude, work ethic, and commitment to delivering top-notch quality
- Great communication skills – we’re all about teamwork here!
