Commercial Lines Account Manager - Noblesville, IN

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee various operational functions within our organization, specifically focusing on client services processes and systems.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in servicing an established book of Commercial Lines Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a large book of commercial lines business.
  • Use technology as a tool to improve productivity and quality.
  • With a knowledge of industry standards, you will have a direct impact on business outcomes such as improving client retention, client satisfaction, improving Superior's value to our clients, achieving operating/margin target, cultivating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary access and training for operational systems.
  • Oversee the evaluation and installation of new hardware systems, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality while maintaining an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware assets, coordinating procurement and disposal as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for carriers, AMS360,
  • Proficient in Epic backend operations, coordinating book movements, executing carrier setup downloads, establishing branch setups, managing policy downloads, and overseeing suspense tasks.
  • Generate regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement. Analyze workflows for efficiency and accuracy, making recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial lines with a focus on client services.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Agency Management Systems, AMS360.
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably with IT operations experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
