File Clerk

North San Diego County Law Firm seeks energetic, eager, organized and motivated individual. The duties of the File Clerk include maintaining the firm’s electronic and paper files, closing files, ordering and stocking office supplies, acting as back-up receptionist in answering phones and greeting guests/clients, maintaining the conference rooms and storage rooms, running errands, and handling miscellaneous projects for the staff and attorneys. Must be able to pick up and move banker's boxes. This is an opportunity to work and learn in a professional office environment, and to gain experience in the legal industry.

This is an exempt, hourly position with the rate of pay from $20.00/hour on up, depending upon experience and qualifications. Benefits include personal time off (PTO), holiday pay, participation in health insurance with a portion of the employee’s premium paid by the firm, and a 401K Plan to eligible employees.
