What You’ll Do

As a HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role supporting the hiring and onboarding process while ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll collaborate with various teams to facilitate a smooth experience for new employees. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Onboarding Functions: Oversee all aspects of the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for employees. This includes maintaining and updating the new hire spreadsheet with accurate information, creating new hire profiles in ADP, and distributing onboarding links. You will also provide essential details about orientation to help new employees prepare for their first day.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation: Lead engaging and informative orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations. Ensure that all required onboarding tasks, such as paperwork completion and training modules, are finished before the employee’s official start date.
  • Process and Verify I-9 Forms: Accurately collect, review, and verify I-9 documentation in compliance with federal regulations. Ensure that all new employees complete this process within the designated timeframe, maintaining compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Provide Administrative Support to the HR Department: Assist with a variety of HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, responding to inquiries from employees and managers, coordinating equipment distribution, and supporting HR-related projects as needed. Help maintain efficiency within the department by managing documentation, organizing files, and assisting in compliance audits.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately manage HR processes, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and support a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Administrative Work Experience: 1+ years, supporting HR functions experience preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HR software, including ADP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HRIS platforms.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with employees, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to improve HR processes.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
