Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Superintendent to join our clients team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site landscape construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Superintendent or Landscape Project
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
