National Roofing Sales Representative

Stellar is a commercial and multi-family roofing company that specializes in insurance loss and disaster recovery services. Stellar’s primary focus is re-roofing hail-damaged structures throughout the United States. Stellar has successfully completed projects nationwide for many clients who range from multi-family management companies to individual and corporate property owners with large commercial, retail and industrial facilities.

Cotton Holdings is actively looking for a National Roofing Sales Representative for one of its subsidiaries, Stellar Commercial Roofing and join our growing highly successful team. Over the past 11 years we have worked hard to build a culture and process that allows every sales person to achieve their financial goals. This includes hands on training and support staff in place to teach and train new candidates on how to succeed and make top dollar selling roofing and restoration opportunities to storm impacted commercial properties nationwide. Our team is expanding and are looking for the right people who fit our culture and want to take the next step to changing their lives.

Major Responsibilities

• Travel yearly, and must have a mode of transportation that can carry extension ladder to and from market (truck)
• Represent Stellar Commercial Roofing professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Participate in continuous training to hone your craft while building leadership and sales skills
• All sales positions' daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts

Background Requirements

• 1-3 years preferred sales experience
• Experience working with CRM
• Working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent ability to communicate with customers, management, and office staff
• Effective time management skills and working with a purpose
• Understanding product knowledge
• Skilled to utilize different computer applications
• Being a quick learner and utilizing the knowledge gained during on the job training
• Eager to learn and grow in their career

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in MS Teams a plus
• Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
