The EAP Intake Coordinator is responsible for providing brief assessments, linkage, and scheduling for callers seeking Employee Assistance Program services. This role serves as a single point of contact for various support lines, offering services such as counseling referrals, legal and financial consultations, crisis intervention, and community resource linkage.
Qualifications include a minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a Master's preferred. Candidates should have clinical experience in Behavioral Health, knowledge of DSM-V, and excellent communication skills. Remote work capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
