Duties

The OTA is responsible for managing resident care and ensuring quality outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key duties include:

  • Providing rehabilitation care per accepted practices and standards.
  • Offering feedback on clinical issues to supervisors.
  • Managing treatment activities and clinical documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate billing records.
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and participating in training.
  • Traveling to other facilities as needed.

Requirements: Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy, active state license, and preferably experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
