Financial Services Scrum Master

What's the Job?
- Strong experience as an Agile Scrum Master – at least 4-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience managing multiple projects as a Scrum Master
- Must have a previous Financial Services Background (ex: Wells Fargo, CitiBank, Bank of America, TIAA)
- Excellent knowledge & understanding of Risk & Compliance Management (matters requiring attention)
- Must have Confluence & JIRA work management tool experience.
- Needs Technical background/knowledge (SDLC and experience with releases to production
- Very familiar with defect management
- Demonstrates leadership by taking initiative and assuming responsibility.
- Hybrid work environment (2 days/week remote)
