Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Coordinator located in Ozark, MO. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the franchise operations.
Allocation of duties:
Franchise training 10%-20%
On site brand standard audits & customer service calls 50%-60%
Administrative duties 10%-20%
Compensation Package Includes
Base Pay
Commission on special services your coordinate between the Franchisee and their client
Company Car can be taken home
100% health and dental insurance

- Analytical Skills and Operations Management
- Communication and Customer Service
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in franchise development or cleaning & disinfecting industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
