Penmac Staffing is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for a mechanical/technical company located in Springfield, MO. This position provides administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Human Resources Department. This position is temp-to-hire.
Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding sessions and organize company events.
Serve as a liaison with external benefits providers and vendors.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation.
Perform audits to ensure compliance and assist with HR operations.
Provide support for payroll activities and troubleshoot any issues.
Address inquiries from employees and applicants regarding policies and processes.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and computer skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM -4 :00 PM
Pay: $17-$18/hour
