Associate Attorney

We are a small law firm that practices family law exclusively. We are located in Hillsboro (near Streets of Tanasbourne), and practice in Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, Columbia and Yamhill counties.

As a firm, our team works diligently and efficiently to protect and empower our clients to improve their lives. We understand that family law cases are difficult and emotional. We strive to limit the hardships for our clients and help them move into their new lives as expeditiously as possible.

At the same time, we value a reasonable work life balance. Our team is smaller than other firms because we work together efficiently through teamwork and processes that are designed to help our clients through their cases. We are able to handle a manageable caseload while also being present and available in our personal lives. Put simply, we recognize that our profession can be stressful, so we take steps to try to limit the stress in our lives in order to increase our own job satisfaction, avoid burnout, and be present for our family and friends.

We are seeking an attorney with a strong interest in family law who would have the ability to develop and manage their own caseload with reasonable oversight and assistance from a senior attorney. The ideal candidate would be able to learn quickly, take direction, and be a team player.

We offer a competitive salary with the possibility of quarterly bonuses that are based on a very reasonable collection goal. We We also provide flexibility to allow staff to work a hybrid schedule.

We are willing to consider recent bar admittees and also more experienced attorneys who may be seeking an Of Counsel position. We would also be willing to consider SPPE applicants who can demonstrate strong writing skills and a real interest in practicing family law.
