What You'll Do

As a Project Engineer you will directly impact our innovation of Specialty Chemical Industry by driving technical ownership and execution of our engineering projects from design to commissioning and handover/completion.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Project Planning expertise to own, lead, and execute projects from requirements and scope alignment to defining project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to commissioning/ handover and completion.
  • Process Safety expertise to drive safety priorities and compliance with our internal and relevant industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
  • Main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and own opportunities from process improvement.
  • Cross functional communication and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure resource availability as needed.
  • Self-starter able to work with limited information in a complex project landscape with minimum guidance.

Skills That Make a Difference

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or equivalent engineering discipline or equivalent industry working experience.
  • 5 or more years of Project Engineering experience in industrial contexts ( Chemical or Petrochemical) for project design, execution, to commissioning/delivery
  • Experience working within cross functional project teams on multiple projects with responsibility for entire project lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, public speaking and presentations
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with CAD Software (Autodesk, Revit, BIM,) and document management is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks
