We've supported almost 10,000 students through our group coaching and training programs: Start With You, Website ATM, Success School, Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) and Momentum.
Our company and our reach has been growing fast and we’re looking for a Campus Director to lead the Campus team in refining our processes, systems and nurturing an accountable and positive culture that empowers every team member to thrive.

The Campus team mission is to provide our students (and future students) with world class support and an exceptional student experience, turning them into raving fans!
What You Will Do:
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100K-$120K plus an annual discretionary bonus & benefits. Besides our awesome team, Live Your Message offers some great perks for its employees such as:
Some weekend and night work will be required during events and launch activities. And, having a reliable, up-to-date computer is a must!

About the Role:
The Campus team mission is to provide our students (and future students) with world class support and an exceptional student experience, turning them into raving fans!
- You’ll provide the Campus team with leadership, management and accountability
- Deliver strategic mentorship to the Campus team, driving a high-performance, growth-oriented culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- Oversee and support delivery of all programs and events including timelines, resources & priorities to ensure smooth delivery, student satisfaction and enabling programs to scale
- Create & maintain program delivery and support team systems & processes to increase efficiency & quality
- Manage and report on Student Support help desk patterns and retentions
- Collaborate with Build, Business and Marketing teams
- Oversee customer experience and student success to enhance student life-span within our company
What You Will Do:
- Ensure exceptional experiences for every individual engaging with the organization, including prospects, students of various courses and premium group coaching program participants – we aim to create raving fans
- Oversee the on time and error free delivery of all programs, assets, events and deliverables while adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining brand consistency
- Draft and execute policies and processes that we need to scale our customer support and student success to support $20M+ a year in sales
- Work closely with HR to recruit and train members of the Campus team, fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture of accountability
- Identify and recommend updates and expansions to technology, equipment and policies that may improve the customer experience and retention levels
- Hold a seat at the leadership team level of the company to facilitate effective communication and information flow across departments within the company, acting as a bridge between different teams
- Maintain a deep understanding of students' experiences at every interaction point, constantly generating and testing ideas to optimize student success while balancing profitability and scalability. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include student success rates, retention rates, and repeat sales within a three-month period
- Conduct re-enrollment or retention calls with premium-level students when necessary, addressing complex issues and assisting them in getting back on track towards their
- Assist the Student Success Manager with any retention escalation issues
- Manage our collection process along with the Billing Specialist -- hold defaulted students accountable and send them through to our collections partner when no resolution has been found

- You have extensive experience (7+ years) in a purpose-driven online education company leading program fulfillment departments.
- You're a strategic big-picture thinker and at the same time you can see the details.
- You have a broad range of experience in business, team culture and the softer leadership skills. You have a strong coaching skill set and you love collaborating with strong personalities in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
- You LOVE supporting people and truly care about their needs… you don’t need to be the star of the show. You care deeply about customer experience and student success
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You're a creative problem solver who takes action to address challenges effectively and efficiently, while demonstrating a solution-focused, growth mindset and experimental worldview.

- Experience working with Scaling Up or E-Myth .
- Experience with Keap/Infusionsoft, Monday.com, Google Workspace and similar virtual team and online business software.
- Business strategy and planning experience, change management, strategic partnerships development.
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting a company at the scale phase (going from $8M to 20M+).
