KMG Prestige is seeking a Property Manager in West Michigan who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Property Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of apartment communities, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven property management experience (5+ years)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in affordable housing
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Budgeting experience
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to problem-solve with good judgment and intuition
- Strong supervisory and financial management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and One-site (or similar)
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
- Ability to travel for the West Michigan portfolio
