Construction Project Manager

What To Expect
The Associate Construction Project Manager will be tasked with various duties related to supporting our Construction Project Manager Team in all aspects of Project Execution. Come be a member of Tesla's construction team. We are on a mission to accelerate the world's transformation to sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

Lead initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of various types of projects while mitigating risk and variability

Setup and facilitate project execution in various Project Management Tools and MS Office Programs

Create and track workflows (submittals, work approvals, RFIs)

Track contractor production and employee count, sending out weekly reports

Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors

Manage purchase orders through internal process from RFQ to invoice reconciliation. Coordinate and facilitate orders of furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Develop tools that enable efficient operations maximizing the teams time spent on solving problems

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with Bluebeam and Procore preferred

Highly organized and able to prioritize. Attention to detail is mandatory. Flexible and open to changes

Strong written & verbal communication skills – Will be tasked with highly confidential and sensitive information

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes with a team player mindset

Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions

Expected Compensation

$72,000 - $132,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
