Group Facilitator

Recreate Behavioral Health Network is seeking experienced clinicians to join our team as Group Facilitators. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care through engaging group therapy sessions. The Group Facilitator will facilitate mental health-focused process and psychoeducational groups across residential and outpatient levels of care.

The facilitator will work collaboratively with the treatment team to support client progress and provide a safe, therapeutic environment. Additionally, the facilitator is responsible for timely documentation and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications And Skills

• Master’s degree in a mental health or helping profession (required).
• At least two years of experience in the mental health field (preferred).
• Strong group facilitation skills, including experience running process and psychoeducational groups.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks is preferred.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team to develop and deliver effective group programming.
• Facilitate mental health-focused groups with professionalism and compassion.
• Prepare and present engaging group topics as scheduled.
• Complete group notes in the electronic medical record system within 24-48 hours.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Joint Commission standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and provide training on mental health topics, as needed.
