Regional Director of Rehabilitation

Enhance Rehabilitation is now hiring a Regional Director of Rehab to oversee the rehabilitation services in several Nursing Home Facilities in the Illinois area.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Regional Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Director of Rehab, you will be a part of a growing team providing the highest quality care for patients in SNF setting. An RDOR is vital to the success and continued growth of the company. In this role you will be responsible for successful operations of your assigned locations - ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and monitors strategic operating goals, objectives and budget; and reports operational performance, justification and/or corrective action.
• Develops and manages direct reports, and oversees the development and management of their staff.
• Effective communication with the management team including CEO, Director of Operations, other Regional manager and other Corporate staff as well as facility IDT and Corporate Staff.
• Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
• Responsible for the management of staffing patterns and ensure each rehab department is adequately staffed for patient and customer service needs.
• Ensures the clinical management of the rehab departments, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, positive outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service, provides reports and develops and implements programs appropriate for the patient population and success of the facility.
• Accountable for the overall performance of the assigned region; including the assessment and enhancement of workflow, resolution of complaints, ensuring all Company policies and procedures and being adhered to, holding accountable the rehab teams to meet the targeted metrics while providing outstanding patient care.
• Develops and implements corrective action as needed in accordance with Enhance Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
• New state and federal guidelines are disseminated and systems are modified as needed.
• Serves as company liaison for related organizations by representing the company at seminars, conventions, meetings, etc.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Nursing Home experience in a Rehab Role.
• 3 years of management experience
• Experience using Net Health/Optima EMR preferred.
• Licensed therapist holding any of the following active licenses: PT/PTA/OTR/COTA/SLP
