What you’ll do:
Guidesly is seeking a results-driven, data-centric SEO Specialist to join our growing team. As an integral part of our digital strategy, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies that will drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and contribute to our overall growth. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the SEO strategy for a rapidly expanding Vertical SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for SaaS and marketplace to drive organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for content optimization and site growth.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Own SEO roadmap and set quarterly KPI’s.
Technical SEO
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify areas of improvement, including site speed, crawlability, mobile optimization, and other technical factors affecting search rankings.
- Work closely with the development team to implement necessary technical changes and ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website's architecture.
Content Optimization
- Partner with the content team to optimize existing content, ensuring it aligns with targeted keywords, provides value to users, and meets search engine standards.
- Lead keyword-driven content strategy development to ensure maximum organic visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc., to monitor performance, track KPIs, and report on SEO initiatives.
- Analyze organic search data and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Provide monthly and quarterly SEO performance reports to key stakeholders.
Competitive Analysis
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify SEO trends, opportunities, and weaknesses in Guidesly’s online presence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO.
- Ability to analyze and interpret website traffic and SEO performance data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and present SEO insights effectively.
- Experience managing up to 5 team members and leading a team of SEO professionals virtually.
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a vertical SaaS or AI-focused company.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with international SEO and multi-language websites.

- Salary: $60k-$70k based on experience.
