Project Manager

PSG is looking for an experienced Project Manager to learn our product line and manage new process solutions working closely with our design team. This is an exciting and challenging role as our Project Managers, along with our Sales staff, are the face of our company. Our Project Managers establish and develop lasting relationships with our customers. A successful candidate must be able to apply in-depth knowledge, expertise, analytical skills, and creative thinking to manage the process or approaches to best meet the needs/objectives of each project.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist our Sales staff with establishing new Projects with Strong Customer contact, both through electronic contact, as well as face to face meetings when needed
• Manage Projects
• Cost Estimating
• Cost Tracking

Looking for an energetic Project Manager experiences with Food and Beverage Processing Equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Millwright experience including installation, dismantling, repairs, reassemble and move machinery when applicable with the ability to read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures
• Be willing to travel at least one week a month
• Experience in process and/or packaging systems including process or conveyance systems
• Plant Maintenance or Capital Project Management
• Ability to lead a crew of 5-7 men
