Job Summary:

This position requires individuals to perform various warehouse duties, such as but not limited to operating Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift equipment, use of manual & electric pallet jacks, loading & unloading trucks, systematical (ERP system) receipt of goods and products, proper handling & storage of inventory, perform inventory cycle counts, clean & sweep department areas, and remove trash.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform system transactions such as receipt of PCI & Non-PCI inventory, and system movement of inventor using Desktop Computer or RF Scan guns.
  • Supply Production Departments and other internal customers with materials and needed supplies upon request.
  • Clean & sweep warehouse floors, aisles, receiving area, and outside Shredder area. Also remove any trash or debris from warehouse racking. Keep all areas organized, safe, and inspection ready.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Perform daily or monthly inventory cycle counts.
  • Assist in shredding or disposal of required paper waste.
  • Accurately locate all inventory items returned to the warehouse.
  • Will comply with all current and future safety, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must meet all state/federal employment eligibility requirements.
  • Must possess the ability to read, count, and write English.
  • Having a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, send, or reply to company emails. Also, must be willing to learn and complete basic employee functions with ADP (Payroll System) such as clock in/out, request PTO, etc.

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Regularly required to lift/carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and less frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Examples include the ability to move paper rolls and carry an extension ladder. Warehouse Associates are also required to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and carry.
