YOUR ROLE

The Security Intelligence Operations Center SIOC Analyst III works in a 24/7/365 Security Intelligence Operations Center directing the development of tactical and strategic security and intelligence products to inform protection and risk mitigation efforts in support of CEVA assets, operations, and people.

A SIOC Analyst III monitors global events, provides assessments, and advises security leadership and organizational stakeholders on the impact or potential impact to personnel and/or operations. This role executes the various core functions of the SIOC to include, but not limited to: incident recognition and escalation, information analysis, emergency response, product security, supply chain security, and physical security.

A SIOC Analyst III assesses information using multiple external sources to identify and prevent potential threats or risks affecting company employees, assets, and brand. Works closely with CEVA senior security and business partner leaders across the enterprise. Therefore, a SIOC Analyst III must understand CEVA critical information requirements, deliver timely analysis, and present key insights and updates to internal stakeholders.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Serves as the first point of contact for CEVA Security and Intelligence leadership supporting a 24/7/365 global security operations center.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging threats and vulnerabilities to the security enterprise. Will provide recommendations for controls and defensive measures to protect CEVA from advanced threats.
  • Provides operational support to domestic and international investigations of security incidents.
  • Monitors electronic security measures, in-transit CEVA assets, relevant world events and/or incidents to identify, report, and mitigate risks to CEVA.
  • As a senior mentor, will assess performance, provide feedback, and develop junior SIOC Analysts.
  • Maintain oversight of the CEVA Travel Security Program to include the tracking and response management for CEVA North America employees.
  • Dispatch and monitor the security guard force to support safety and security operations.
  • Notify CEVA employees via a mass messaging system during crises, critical incidents and developing threats. Be prepared to respond to security incidents and requests for assistance from CEVA employees.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional CEVA stakeholders in a variety of areas during emergency, crisis, and critical incident situations.
  • Support the development of SIOC operational procedures focused on risk and threat mitigation.
  • Support the development of tactical and strategic intelligence reports in collaboration with the CEVA Security Intelligence Officer.
  • Maintain threat assessments and management information and reports.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., Emergency Management, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences)
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior military, law enforcement.

Skills:

  • Must possess experience in decision-making, multi-tasking, and leadership during high stress situations, often under time constraints.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills in previous roles.
  • Must be well-versed in current security technologies and open-source search methodologies.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to communicate at an executive level, both in written and oral forms, through superior communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
  • Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks.
  • Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours.
  • Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts both days and nights.
