Bish’s RV is aiming to leverage technology innovation and entrepreneurial thinking to disrupt the current RV sales and service industry. We are seeking a highly motivated low-code developer to join Bish’s RV’s technology department to implement internal tools and software solutions that optimize and digitize existing business processes, enhance operational excellence, or rapidly prototype innovative ideas and help validate business decisions and direction.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business and technology teams
• Develop and implement digital solutions that automate and streamline business processes, improve customer experience, and drive innovation
• Design and develop custom software applications using a variety of development languages and platforms
• Design and develop rapid software prototypes to improve efficiency of existing solutions and platforms
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Work closely with data architects and engineers to integrate data from various sources into digital solutions
• Ensure that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with low-code and no-code tools such as ReTool, AppSheet, Typedream, Bubble, Flutterflow, Mendix, etc.
• Experience with SQL and data access patterns to enable analytical and data-driven approaches to developing low-code platforms, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
• Passionate about improving users’ experience and improving productivity
• Experience in the following technologies is a plus: JavaScript, Python, HTML / CSS.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, design roadmap and responsive design
• Understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
