Graphic/Video Designer

At Brandtailers, the Graphic Designer works with the Senior Designer and Art Directors to produce approved design work and complete internal production requirements using computer layout/illustration/pre-press software. In laymen's terms, you'll get to ideate design, and execute all manner of creative for our clients! This means social posts, eblasts, in-store posters, logos and lockups, display ads, print ads, video content and even broadcast television.

DO YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED GOODS?

• Proven graphic designing experience (5 or more years, agency experience is preferred)
• A strong portfolio of graphic design and video work (required)
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Web design experience
• Email platform knowledge
• Video/animation experience for a variety of platforms
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
• Tremendous room for growth.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on required brand guidelines
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
