Staff Accountant

About You

As a Staff Accountant, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in corporate finance while supporting our team with daily financial operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable transactions, vendor invoices, and payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax filings.
• Maintain billing systems to ensure accuracy in customer invoicing.
• Support sales tax compliance by preparing and submitting filings.
• Conduct financial analysis, research, and assist with special projects.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
  
  

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• 2-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Location & Work Environment
