Principal Consultant, Managed Services

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Managed Services Principal Consultant who will serve as a technical leader responsible for providing comprehensive support, optimization, and strategic guidance to NetSuite clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of NetSuite to troubleshoot complex issues, implement best practices, and ensure clients maximize the value of their NetSuite investment. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients, collaborate with a talented team, and play a key role in shaping the success of our managed services practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for NetSuite clients.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues through root-cause analysis.
• Perform system health checks and implement performance tuning strategies.
• Implement and optimize NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions and knowledge share.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, industry trends, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their technical expertise and client service skills.
• Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage NetSuite to achieve their business goals.
• Lead and manage client engagements within your area of expertise, ensuring successful outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proven track record of success in a managed services environment.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite's core functionalities and industry-specific modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
