Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for video production and content creation? Synergy3 is looking for a Part-Time Content Creator to capture and produce high-quality videos and photos for our social media, marketing, and promotional campaigns.

This role offers a fixed schedule every Friday (7 AM - 3 PM) for content creation, plus one additional day per week for field shoots or educational content (scheduled as needed).

What You'll Do

• Content Creation & Editing Capture and edit engaging short-form and long-form content highlighting our services, team, and customer success stories.
• Scheduled & Flexible Workdays Work on-site every Friday, plus an additional day (as coordinated) for field content.
• Multi-Platform Optimization Edit and tailor content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, our website, and more.
• Collaborate & Innovate Work with our marketing team to develop creative storytelling strategies.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience in video production, photography, and content editing (HVAC knowledge not required).
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
• Strong storytelling skills and an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to work independently, take creative direction, and meet deadlines.
• Owns or has access to a camera and editing equipment (preferred but not required).
• Availability every Friday for a full workday, plus one additional flexible day per week.
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• $25 - $50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Approximately 16-24 hours per week (flexibility required)
