Corporate Attorney - Director

The Opportunity

As part of the Legal Services team you provide legal support in the field of corporate law. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role involves managing corporate transactions, evaluating legal risks, and translating complex legal issues for business audiences.

What You Must Have

• Juris Doctorate
• 5 years of experience in progressively responsible post-qualification legal experience in the field of corporate law, either at a recognized law firm (or a combination of law firm and in-house)
• Admitted to practice law in at least one US state and is in standing

• Ability to identify and manage legal risks, propose solutions, and escalate critical issues

• Experience managing teams, external counsel, and high-level projects
• Skilled in negotiation, risk assessment, and contract drafting
• Understanding of corporate governance and cross-border contracting
• Ability to identify legal issues in business proposals
• Competent legal negotiation and drafting skills
