Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of our tier one applications including NetSuite, our Point-of-Sale system, and the API integrations between them. This position will be focused on supporting our organization with upgrades, enhancement/customization requests, and bug fixes for these systems. This role will ensure that data and transactions between systems is posted timely and accurately, working with our accounting and operations teams to identify any gaps or missing data, then resolve the issue. In this position, you would be responsible for identifying strategies and opportunities for the development of requirements and implementation of best in class processes within these systems. This role will manage a team of external resources from our vendors and work directly with our internal teams in accounting, merchandising, and store operations prioritizing requests and issues. This position requires strong analytical skills, workload prioritization and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication and a strong ability to manage external resources.

What You’ll be Doing

• Develop new strategies and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency of various business use cases across NetSuite and our Point of Sale System.
• Monitor and resolve any transaction processing issues across systems.
• Gather feedback from and partner with internal stakeholders including merchants, operations, and accounting to identify possible improvements and new initiatives.
• Anticipate the changing needs of the business and align resources and plans to support the future initiatives, including acquisitions, new regulatory requirements, and new trends or technologies.
• Support users and teams with custom saved searches, workflows, and reporting in NetSuite.
• Create and map custom fields in NetSuite and our point of sale system.
• Monitor and update our API integration software to support evolving needs of the business and new data capture opportunities.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite
• 2 years managing a team of external vendors
• At least 3 years of IT Systems Support Experience, preferably within NetSuite
• Experience with Celigo API Integrator
• Strong computer skills (Database, Excel, Data Transformation/Integrations)
• English fluency, both written and verbal
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to manage external teams.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills
• Ability to perform under pressure, multitask and have a sense of urgency
