They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness. People in deals at PwC will focus on providing consulting services related to people and talent aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. You will work closely with clients to assess the people implications of deals, develop integration strategies, and provide guidance on talent retention, organisational design, and cultural alignment. Working in this area, you will assist clients in managing change and maximising the value of their human capital during deal transactions.

As a Manager, you lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate members, creating an atmosphere of trust and leveraging diverse views. This role requires broad abilities in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, understanding mergers and acquisitions, and implementing project management, especially in an integration or company standup.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience

• Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management preferred
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint effectively
• Communicating technical matters to key stakeholders

• Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
• Managing competing resource requirements and project workflow
• Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
