Job Title: Office Receptionist


Job Summary: The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.








Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.


• Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.


• Manage and schedule appointments for team members.


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems).


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
