Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 5 years of process improvement, process design and process mapping experience.

Summary

Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements to optimize revenue cycles and cost savings. Educates colleagues and staff on process improvement approaches to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Leads teams in process improvement execution. Develops strategic direction for process engineering to optimize success.
  • Improves patient flow processes, hand-offs, and care coordination. Conducts needs assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and sustainment of change to meet business objectives. Recommends prioritization of improvement projects to meet clinical and business objectives, enhance customer experience, consolidate efforts, and maximize use of resources.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams. Allocates resources to manage improvement projects. Manages process mapping, design, and improvement. Ensures timing, goals, and objectives are met. Creates dashboards, communication, and strategy to improve effectiveness and sustainability of improvements.
  • Delivers presentations on proposals, initiatives and updates. Collaborates with Finance on metrics that reflect the targets and outcomes of improvement work. Directs the analysis of outcome results.
