JOB PURPOSE: The Office Support Staff is responsible for providing coordination, recruitment/onboarding and administration for all aspects of the Emergency Services Department to help support deployments for Disaster Case Management, Rapid Deployment Services, Migrant Services and other Endeavors Program tasks as they arrive and secured.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide all logistical coordination as needed for the Emergency Services Department to include transportation, lodging, materials, equipment and staff support during deployments.

Perform administrative support functions for the entire Emergency Response Department. This will include but not be limited to; tracking equipment assignments and maintaining equipment inventories, monitoring all expense reports for accuracy and quality, maintaining and monitoring payroll functions and time accuracy.

Provide training, recruiting and communication for our Reservist Staff pool. This will include coordinating training and maintaining of our reservist records when not in deployment. It will also include recruiting and rostering staff when called on for a deployment.

Perform special projects for the Director to include program reports, program data compilation, interview screenings, communication with the Endeavors wider community, and training new administrators and staff on payroll, mileage and other administrative skills needed for their offices.

Assist with various files such as affiliate contracts, expense reports, monitoring reports, and drafting documents.

Assist with various assignments and activations simultaneously.

Assist with data entry compliance, maintaining personnel records, and ensure HR standards are met in regard to data collection.

Travel to recruitment and activation events in the state and out of state.

Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED required.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years administration experience, non-profit experience preferred; emergency management experience preferred, 2-3 years experience in a customer service focused environment. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel etc; Strong Math skills, 10 key by touch and proof reading.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employers sole discretion.

LICENSES: Drivers License with clear record. VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
