Nurse Aide

Job Summary:

The Nurse Aide assists in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other healthcare professionals. This role involves supporting endoscopic procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Preparing patients for endoscopic procedures and ensuring they are comfortable
• Assisting the medical team during procedures
• Ensuring proper sterilization and handling of endoscopic equipment
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and procedure areas
• Accurately documenting patient information

Pay range: $22.00 - $24.00/hour based on experience

Required Skills:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Current BLS. CNA, MA or other certifications preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
