Parts/Logistics Specialist

Roles And Responsibilities
- Order, track, and receive parts (SAP specific).
- Maintain and verify shipment records and provide them to the team.
- Receive, organize, label, and stage parts for service/remanufacturing.
- Perform monthly cycle counts on parts inventory.
- Report shipping issues and open tickets for part replacement.
- 4+ years in a relevant field.
- On-site/on-the-job training for 2-4 years.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience in parts and warehouse department/inventory management.
- Familiar with inventory software (SAP), Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklift).
- High competence with computers and related systems.
- Ability to work independently.
- Warehouse and office setting.
- Physical activities like lifting and moving parts.
- Standing for long periods and varying temperatures.
- No supervisory duties.
