We are seeking a Computer Support Specialist to ensure our IT systems run smoothly, providing technical assistance to staff and maintaining our digital infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Managing user accounts, email systems, and access controls.
  • Ensuring data security through proper backups and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Coordinating with IT vendors for system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in training staff on new software and technology tools.

To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networks, and office applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, email management, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical staff effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
  • Experience in healthcare IT or HIPAA compliance is a plus.
