File Scanner (CONTRACT)

You are a detail-oriented and organized professional responsible for converting paper documents into digital files. Your role ensures that important records are accurately scanned, stored, and managed for easy access by authorized personnel.

This position pays: $14-15/hr

Location: Henderson, NV

What You Will Be Doing

• Scanning, sorting, counting, and separating pages of documents
• Adjusting scanning equipment to ensure clear and legible document scans
• Storing and managing digital files for easy retrieval
• Maintaining a daily audit trail of scanned records
• Handling and storing sensitive files following confidentiality standards
• Ensuring hard copies are stored securely according to company policies
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience in an office setting
• Strong technical skills and proficiency with scanning equipment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Awareness of confidentiality requirements and data security standards
• Basic math skills for document organization and counting
