Ugwonali Law Group, LLC is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm dedicated to ensuring our clients receive justice and are fairly compensated for their injuries. Our mission is to provide top-tier legal services with empathy and professionalism, advocating fiercely for those who have been hurt and need help navigating the complexities of personal injury law.
As our firm continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high client service and operational excellence standards.
$200,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system
- Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary
- Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information
- Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
- Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity
- State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
- A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree
