What You Will Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that capture facilitation excellence, creative learning experiences, and effective problem-solving strategies
• Deliver impactful, growth-oriented feedback that measurably enhances Guide performance and student outcomes

Principal Learning Consulting Key Responsibilities

Coach and develop both Guides and students with unwavering commitment to our three core promises: ensuring every learner in your cohort develops a genuine love for learning, achieves twice the typical academic progress, and masters essential life skills. Excellence is the only acceptable outcome.

Basic Requirements

• Current residence in or willingness to relocate to one of Alpha's campus locations (Bethesda, Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Seattle, or California locations in East Bay/San Francisco, Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
• Bachelor's degree (all disciplines considered)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
• Proven track record developing and implementing groundbreaking educational programs, training initiatives, or curriculum innovations
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with demonstrated success building and inspiring high-achievement teams
• Substantive experience working with school-aged youth (5-18) in educational or developmental contexts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for performance optimization and continuous improvement
• Authorization to work in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
