What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes across behavioral health programs.
- Design and implement performance management systems, dashboards, and metrics to track productivity and program impact.
- Partner with program and clinical leadership to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that optimize service delivery.
- Lead process improvement and change management initiatives, engaging teams to adopt innovative, sustainable practices.
- Contribute to the operationalization of new programs, grants, and growth initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and staff on operational tools, workflows, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in operations, quality improvement, or performance management, preferably in a behavioral health or human services environment.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement or operational transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with behavioral health regulatory standards and funding models.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related improvement methodology a plus.
