What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of operational excellence strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes across behavioral health programs.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, dashboards, and metrics to track productivity and program impact.
  • Partner with program and clinical leadership to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that optimize service delivery.
  • Lead process improvement and change management initiatives, engaging teams to adopt innovative, sustainable practices.
  • Contribute to the operationalization of new programs, grants, and growth initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and staff on operational tools, workflows, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in operations, quality improvement, or performance management, preferably in a behavioral health or human services environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health regulatory standards and funding models.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related improvement methodology a plus.
