Fraud Investigation Specialist, I are Customer Service Support Representatives who utilize their process knowledge to investigate and resolve disputed accounts with claims of fraud from consumers.

Summary
Fraud Investigation Specialist, I are Customer Service Support Representatives who utilize their process knowledge to investigate and resolve disputed accounts with claims of fraud from consumers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Use investigative and analytical skills to resolve verbal and written consumer fraud disputes
- Research and verify accuracy of dispute documents; which may include contacting numerous sources to validate the information
- Process dispute documents
- Assist with identifying knowledge and process gaps to ensure first-rate Customer Service is provided
- Seek to improve overall customer experience
- Perform various administrative duties assigned by manager
- Properly updates and documents all operating systems and Customer Service applications as appropriate
- 0.5 to 1 year(s) of Fraud experience preferred
- Ability to process all Fraud disputes with high level of accuracy
- Ability to identify process gaps and trends
- Proven ability to work with management to assist with Reference Guide process updates
- Demonstrates problem solving skills by analyzing account anomalies and proposing solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college or equivalent work experience desired
