How You'll Contribute

You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing. Responsible for the operation of the heart lung machine used in cardiac surgical procedures.

Reports to: Director- Cardiovascular Services

Qualifications And Requirements

• Graduated from a CAHEA school of perfusion education
• Associate's degree in medical field
• Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
• Board Certified with American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• One-year clinical experience.
  
  

Required Skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
