Lead a supplier category in providing strategic value to assigned customers that also includes the following: Managing supplier relationships (SRM) between suppliers and company, coordinating complex and critical decisions, implementation, and service delivery for assigned customers. Responsible to work with internal key stakeholders to establish and manage strategic supplier goals to deliver savings and efficiencies to the company. This position also manages key stakeholder relationship management (CRM), coordinating complex and critical projects in the supply chain for the key stakeholder. Responsible for annual business plans, sourcing initiative tracking and reporting, key stakeholder coordination and communication on supply chain initiatives. Also responsible to schedule, track, and report supply chain initiatives back to key stakeholders.

This position manages all supply chain aspects on behalf of a specific business service line(s).. This position has complete oversight of the sourcing/contracting/procure-to-pay process, as well as experience in customer and supplier relationship management (CRM/SRM), change management, communications, and project management within their assigned portfolio. The scope includes stakeholders / decisions makers within their assigned portfolio

What You Will Do...

  • Lead a supplier category to provide strategic value to assigned customers by managing supplier relationships and coordinating complex decisions, implementation, and service delivery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish and manage strategic supplier goals for savings and efficiencies.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationship management and coordinate projects in the supply chain, including annual business plans, sourcing initiative tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop multi-year business plans aligned with stakeholder's goals and engage supply chain leaders to deliver value outlined in the business plan.
  • Track value and generate reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, contracts, and standards.

Who You Are…

  • Three to five years of experience in strategic supply chain sourcing and supplier management involving complex analysis and project management.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, email, and scheduling applications.
  • Master's Degree in business or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $90,000 - $112,500 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
