Respondology is looking for a detail-driven and people-focused People Operations Manager to help power the next stage of our growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety—hiring great people, coordinating onboarding, managing benefits and payroll, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

From planning thoughtful onboarding experiences to helping coordinate team events and culture initiatives, this role is about creating a seamless, supportive experience for every employee from the moment they join.

This is a hybrid position based in Boulder, CO, with team members in the office 2–3 days per week.

The Ideal Candidate
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growing startup and comfortable pivoting quickly
- Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
- Approachable, reliable, and eager to help teams and individuals succeed
- Brings positive energy and a “get-it-done” attitude to every interaction
- Enjoys building culture and community—planning events, retreats, and creative ways to connect remote and in-office teams
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate job postings, interviews, and candidate communication
- Run seamless onboarding experiences, from offer letter to first-day logistics
- Manage HR systems for payroll, benefits, and employee records
- Support team programs such as recognition, events, and culture initiatives
- Help streamline and document HR processes as the company grows
- Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions and requests
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in a startup environment
- Ability and excitement to work in office 2-3 days per week in Boulder, CO.
- Comfortable managing HRIS tools–bonus points for international workforce management (we use BambooHR and Remote)
- Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding from start to finish
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a bias toward action
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
